Following 3 successful years operating under the name FRODOS, Chef/Owner Daniel Petrilli and Executive Chef George Flay have changed the name of the restaurant to HAVEN. Licensing and Copyright issues was the main catalyst prompting the name change. Operating under the “New” name HAVEN, the Dynamic Duo made some interior changes as well as the name change. Adding tablecloths, candles and earth-tone color schemes, HAVEN has become a warm, elegant and inviting atmosphere to compliment the Excellent New American menu.
The exemplary, consistent reputation established by Petrilli and Flay has been taken to yet another level during this transformation. They have achieved this by continued use of the finest, seasonal ingredients available to produce a “Market Driven” Menu that showcases the high standards and techniques that have been the benchmark of their kitchen from the beginning.
